Accommodations at Rancho Bernardo include 287 deluxe inn rooms with private minibars, in-room movies, in-room safes, and dataport phones. However, with all this location has to offer, you will likely spend little time in your room. Recreational amenities include two heated plaza-style swimming pools, seven hydro-spas, 12 tennis courts, and a 5,000-square-foot fitness center with a full service day spa. Have lunch in The Veranda overlooking the 18th hole and then have dinner in El Bizcocho, which is top rated by Zagat. El Bizcocho features a 515-bottle wine list. With all this property has to offer, the only part of the room that will concern you is the comfortable bed at the end of a full day.
