11/18/2008 - The service rating is based on comparisons to past years. This year the maid service was the worst we've had in several years. Not horrible, but past years they did more to clean the room,i.e., dishes, new soap, etc.. We like the facility and location and will stay again, but the service slipped this year. Posted by David (Edgewater, MD)
