| 01/05/2009 - Great practice area, great course...thought a bit windy. Unreal proshop. Posted by Gregg (Wyncote, PA) |
| 12/15/2008 - Tees and fairways over seeded - little scragly. Greens were a little slow. Posted by Tom (Elma, NY) |
| 12/13/2008 - Caught the course with overseeding
No roll in fairways made the course too difficult Posted by Doug (Wiarton, ON) |
| 11/10/2008 - Not quite as nice as Panther Lake but still good. Blazing fast greens - the good news was that it was similar to Panther Lake. Bad news is that they were different from everywhere else. Great practice facility and pro shop as we expected. Posted by Steve (Sugar Grove, IL) |
| 11/10/2008 - Great course, will definately play again next year. Posted by George (Lincoln, RI) |
| 10/28/2008 - Best golf value in FL. Outstanding service rivalling Ginn and two super golf layouts. Posted by Michael (Plymouth, MA) |
| 10/27/2008 - Rather bland front nine, much better back nine Posted by Guy (Jersey, ) |
| 10/23/2008 - Alan Walker Director of Golf was attentive and very helpful Posted by Edward (Upper Montclair, NJ) |
| 09/22/2008 - Great facility Posted by Barry (Braselton, GA) |
| 09/01/2008 - MAGNIFICENT!!
We were late so didn't get to use the practice facilities but I have every reason to believe it's every bit as wonderful as the rest of the Club. Posted by Debbie (Port Charlotte, FL) |

Crooked Cat is a phenomenal complement to its more highly acclaimed sister course, Panther Lake. Both courses played host to the 2003 and 2005 PGA TOUR Qualifying School Finals and have been awarded 4.5 stars by Golf Digest's "Places to Play" every year since 1999. That's no easy accomplishment as there are only 52 courses in Florida with an equal rating, and no course in the state earned five stars. With an entourage now of newly planted trees, wide terraced fairways, and native redtop heather grass in the rough, this 7493-yard course is meticulously groomed and features a distinct Scottish "links" flavor. Elevation changes amongst rolling terrain are prevalent while wildlife abounts in this natural setting. "Grip it and rip it" ~ golf at its very best! Added-values included: complimentary range balls, bottled water
